Waking Up To An Unwelcomed Russian Rocket In Your Living Room

Could this just be, the luckiest person in all of Ukraine? New footage surfacing from Kharkiv, shows an apartment tenant filming what is reported as a Russian rocket, which struck their apartment building but failed to detonate.
After analyzing the footage a bit, the "rocket" in my opinion doesn't appear to be a to be munitions' from a BM-21 Grad, as reports have indicated. The rocket that appears in the footage shares similar characteristics to a Russian Cruise missile; however this would appear too small to be one of those.
