Video from an unconfirmed area shows Russian civilians shaking hands and fist bumping Wagner troops who are appealing for people to remain peaceful as they conduct their military coup against the current Russian Ministry of Defense.
According to a loose translation, the Wagner troop seen speaking to the crowd in this video is asking for people to remain peaceful. He repeatedly tells them that there's no need for the Russian people to show aggression towards Wagner forces, who have the best interests of the Russian people in mind.
