(Update) Wounded Infantryman Instantly Healed by Drone Dropped Grenade

FLIR footage published by both Ukrainian and Russian sources shows a drone dropped munition attack against an unknown aid and litter team. The casualty, who is the guy laying down on the litter, is instantly cured of all illnesses the second the grenade explodes. This mystical healing potion from the heavens somehow grants the man the ability to sprint at maximum speed away from the cluster of troops who were just previously trying to get him to medical care.

This video has been published by both Russian and Ukrainian sources, with both sides claiming the attack against enemy infantry. It is impossible to determine at this time if the video was released originally by Russians attacking Ukrainians or Ukrainians attacking Russians. The post has been updated to reflect that, though it was originally published by this author as an attack by Ukrainians on Russians.

It is worth noting that we have seen more FLIR footage from the Russian drone pilots than the Ukrainians ones, but both sides have this exact same capability and use them frequently.
