Unconfirmed CCTV footage coming out of Lviv allegedly shows two Ukrainian conscription officers running over a man on a bike. According to the source, the two conscription officers were attempting to conscript the man. The man was attempting to flee on his bicycle when the two conscription officers rammed into him and then pursued him on foot.
