Ukrainians Are Still Launching Tochka-U Ballistic Missiles

Although it's not an extremely rare occurrence, it is somewhat surprising that Ukrainian forces are still in possession of and continue to launch Tochka ballistic missiles at Russian forces as evidenced by this reportedly recent footage.
The OTR-21 Tochka (SS-21 Scarab) is a Soviet-developed tactical ballistic missile fired from a 9P129 vehicle that uses an inertial guidance system. Depending on the warhead variant, the system has a max range of approximately 300km and a blast/kill radius up to 200m.
