Video taken by a Ukrainian Soldier appears to show a platoon-sized element of Ukrainian infantrymen retreating under Russian artillery near Lysychansk.
Couch commandos may comment on the dispersion here, but it's important to note that real life is not a video game or airsoft. Under some circumstances, it's not possible to maintain proper dispersion even when you want to, and what you're seeing in this video is Ukrainian troops not being able to maintain that proper dispersion.
For the purpose of context, this footage was filmed near Lysychansk. It shows Ukrainian troops conducting a hasty retreat under Russian artillery fire.
