Ukrainian troops allow Russian civilians in Kurk Oblast to fill containers from a water truck, and a Ukrainian soldier gives rations to a Russian boy. The behavior of the Ukrainian Army towards Russian civilians stand in stark contrast to the treatment that the citizens of Bucha endured at the hands of the Russians. Though it is possible, even likely, that some Ukrainian soldiers may not behave correctly, collectively they have not been seen engaging in the widespread looting, abuse, rape, murder that was committed by the Russian Army in Ukraine.
