Ukrainian troops conducting combat operations in Bakhmut gather their wounded at a casualty collection point and evacuate the area with their wounded with the aid of a humvee variant.
This probably goes without saying, but air medevacs are pretty uncommon in Ukraine. Due to the high threat of manpads and other air defense weapon systems, both sides of the conflict have had to resort to using aid and litter teams as well as bog standard ground medevac platforms to remove their wounded from the battlefield. It's likely that the number of total deaths on both sides of the conflict have been greatly increased because of this.
