Coordinated sniper operations show a pair of Ukrainian marksmen using rifles outfitted with thermal optics to successfully engage Russian troops outside of Bakhmut. The Ukrainian unit appears to be the 3rd Assault Brigade (AZOV), who have shown to be effective against Russian forces on the flanks of Bakhmut.
