This footage, provided by a member of the Ukrainian military, shows a Strela-10 short range anti-aircraft system to fire at an overhead Russian target, presumably a drone. It is time-stamped to have occurred on 21 May, 2024.
The 9K35 Strela-10 (NATO reporting name: SA-13 "Gopher") is a short-range, Soviet-designed anti-aircraft radar and missile launching system, which has been used around the world since its development in the 1970s. The Strela-10 also has the distinction of having been used by Russians on Russians during the Wagner mercenary coup in 2023. As shown in the linked video, the Strela-10 is primarily intended to down helicopters, but it has enjoyed rampant success against drones on both sides. A particularly favored target, and the likely victim in this video, is the Russian Orlan drone, which is used to spot for Russian heavy artillery and missile strikes.
