Footage released by the Ukrainian Directorate of Intelligence captures one of their special operations units bringing down a Russian Su-30SM with a MANPAD strike in the Black Sea region. GUR operators have been operating in the black sea region harassing Russian Naval forces and oil rigs for at least the last year.
