Ukrainian Soldiers Narrowly Avoid Death by Mortar Round

Ukrainian Soldiers in the village of Pavlivka find themselves just a few short steps away from being deleted by a Russian mortar round after they identify a large stockpile of abandoned Russian landmines.

This is one of those brief moments in time where you realize just how random war is. Imagine if these guys had ran a bit faster or had a few more seconds to maneuver in their original direction of march. This video would likely not exist as the action camera would have been destroyed right alongside both of the Ukrainians in the video. Fortunately, the chaos of the situation dictated that the two men were where they were and not fifty additional feet down the path, which means they both survived the mortar strike and lived to show the world this video.
