Cell phone footage released by Ukrainian sources captures the alleged shoot down of a Russian cruise missile by a Ukrainian MANPAD operator who appears to have just crawled out of his sleeping bag. Unfortunately, due to the heavy censorship in the video, combined with the low quality caused by recompression, we can't definitively confirm that this is an effective shoot down outside of the guy's cheering and the splash seen on screen around the :08 second mark in the video.
