Cell phone footage recorded by Russian civilians in the city of Oryol, Russia, captures a series of Ukrainian drone strikes. According to Ukrainian sources, the drones were intended to hit energy and oil infrastructure in the city, but Russian electronic warfare suites caused some of the drones to lose connection with the remote pilots resulting in a few errant strikes hitting civilian buildings. It's unclear if there are any casualties at this time as Russian emergency crews are still assessing the damage.
