Cell phone footage released by a refinery employee shows a drone attack against the Russian Tuapse Oil Refinery, which is known as the largest Black Sea refinery operated by the Russians. According to Russian reports, the drone caused a large fire at the refinery that was extinguished by employees of the refinery a short time after it began. No casualties were reported following the attack.
