Ukrainian Cluster Munition Nails RU Position

A Ukrainian drone observer directs rocket artillery fire against a Russian position. The munition in question is the M30 DPICM cluster munition delivered by the GMLRS rockets. These rockets are fired from variants of the M270 MLRS and are guided by GPS. The M30 rocket features a warhead containing dual purpose improved conventional munitions, an area-effect cluster munition, while the M31 rocket possesses a unitary warhead. The former is featured in this video, and it is clear that it had the desired effect. The Russian unit targeted by the munition is seen evacuating a wounded comrade, and action which seems to occur less frequently in the Russian ranks these days.
