This footage shows a Croatian-donated RAK-SA-12 being used to fire on Russian positions in Kharkiv. It's a lighter, towable variant of the M-63 Plamen MLRS, which was designed in what was formerly Yugoslavia in 1963. The RAK-SA-12, like many artillery platforms in Ukrainian service, is well capable of reaching out and touching the enemy despite its age. Depending on the rockets used, it boasts a range of 8.5 to 13 kilometers.
