Footage reportedly shows a Ukrainian ATGM team targeting a Russian TOS-1 "Heavy Flamethrower" thermobaric launcher vehicle with a Stugna-P weapon system.
The Ukrainians cheer upon the initial strike, but the missile may have missed or the hit was ineffective as they convoy appears to continue on unhindered. They load and fire a second missile with undetermined success.
