Ukraine’s 92nd Assault Brigade Runs The Gauntlet To Deliver Hurt

This drone footage, provided by the Ukrainian 92nd Assault Brigade, shows one of the Brigade’s tanks braving a storm of incoming fire and a drone strike in order to prosecute Russian fortifications in Kharkiv. It includes both thermal and real-world-color views.

The 92nd tends to use variants of the Russian T-64 tank. Whereas the ubiquitous T-72 tank has been exported worldwide, the T-64 sports better armor, especially concerning the turret, and was never intended for export. In other words, the T-64 was intended to be the ace up the Russian sleeve. The T-64 is able to dish it out and take it, especially when matched with some Ukrainian chutzpah, as shown here. Neither TOS-1A fire nor FPV drone strikes interrupt this crew’s mission to blast Russian positions. The Ukrainian military's tendency to send tanks out on their lonesome has produced some decidedly mixed results, but in this case it pays off, largely by dint of testicular fortitude.
