The boat in question appears to be a RHIB powered by an outboard motor, and it is destroyed by an FPV drone. Since retaking Kherson on the right bank of the Dnipro, the Ukrainian army has been attempting to maintain a presence on the far shore. With Russians firmly in control of the river mouth and estuary, this body of water remains a contested zone.
