Footage out of Syria shows a rebel anti tank guided missile (ATGM) operator destroying a soft skin, civilian-style vehicle, and the destruction is significant.
The video is likely several years old and appears to show members of the 1st Coastal Division using US-supplied weaponry. Under the Obama Administration certain rebel groups were given BGM-71 TOW missiles to target Syrian military forces.
