That Time A Russian Attack Helicopter Fired On A Parking Lot Full Of Journalists

A video from the Russian Zapad military exercise near the Estonian border in 2017 shows what appears to be a Ka-52 "Alligator" attack helicopter accidentally firing on a parking lot filled with spectators and journalists.
At least two reporters were injured in the negligent strike and it was also reported that three Russian service members were also injured, although they didn't make the official reports. Russian President Putin denied the incident happened, and later, the Russian military said the incident was the result of a targeting "glitch" when the video went viral.
