TIMBER: Russian Comms Tower Felled By Ukrainian Sappers

The Ukrainian cross-river bridgehead near Krynky continues to create trouble for Russian forces. The following footage shows a communications tower being targeted by a powerful blast before it topples over.

What seemed like it would be a short-lived attack across the Dnipro River in Kherson has become a sustained offensive as Ukrainian forces are attempting to advance to the M-14 highway, leaving a path of destruction in their wake.

The destruction of the tower will likely degrade Russia's command and control and logistic capabilities, or at least force them to use alternative, easier-to-compromise communication techniques.
