Members of a special operations team provide a support by fire position with their minigun and snipers as Marines maneuver onto the target building with armor and infantry.
Sometimes, special operations teams do work that isn't super secret squirrel stuff. This video shows members of an unknown special operations unit putting together a hasty support by fire position with their snipers and mounted machine guns so that an adjacent unit of Marines can maneuver onto the target.
We're not completely sure which unit is involved with this footage, so we're using the term Special Operations instead of Special Forces. These guys could be Navy SEALs, they could be Green Berets, they could even be members of Delta Force. We're honestly not sure, so take that term with a grain of salt and know that we're not specifying which group it could be.
Present for Phantom Fury were members of 5th Special Forces Group, Naval Special Warfare Task Group-Central, Det One, and Special Forces Operational Detachment Delta. We have no way of knowing who these guys are as no unit insignias are present in the footage. If you were there, leave us a comment.
