Special Operations Team Conducts Medevac and Slams IS-KP with Miniguns

Members of a Special Operations ODA team conduct a field medevac of one of their wounded and return the favor by slamming IS-KP with every single weapon system in their arsenal.
For context, we're not entirely sure which ODA team this is, nor are we sure the exact timeframe this footage was recorded. We are sure that this footage was recorded in the Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, and we are sure that the enemy they are fighting is IS-KP. We're also not sure on the outcome of the medevac patient, but we're hoping he pulled through okay.
