Members of the United States Special Forces conduct a joint hostage rescue operation with Iraqi Special Operations in Sadr City.
Combat operations are a funny thing. A lot of what happens is absolutely nothing. That nothing is then spiked with intense minutes of absolute fury and chaos. This video is a good depiction of that exact thing.
Members of the United States Special Forces conduct a joint hostage rescue mission with an Iraqi Special Operations team. On the objective, where I'm sure they expected the most resistance, they don't encounter much of anything. The hostage rescue mission seems to go off without much of a hitch at all in fact. It isn't until they leave the objective on their return trip to base that they find themselves in a slug-fest.
I guess that's just Sadr City for you though.
