Unconfirmed footage coming out of Ukraine allegedly shows a Ukrainian operated self-propelled gun suffering a catastrophic failure while attempting to fire its main gun. It's unclear exactly when and where this was filmed and no further context was provided as to why the catastrophic failure may have occurred. There is also no word on the state of the vehicle's crew.
