Footage recorded by someone watching Russian forces shows a second angle of a malfunctioning air-defense missile boomeranging back into the launch site.
If you've watched the earlier video, this one doesn't show too much new information. It's just a second angle of the event that occurred last night in the vicinity of Alchevsk, south of Severodonetsk. No further information has been released about this event at this time.
