An anti tank guided missile (ATGM) attack carried out and filmed by Shia Houthi rebels against a Saudi coalition technical truck results in a massive blast, yet the two occupants manage to escape relatively unharmed as they rapidly abandon the still-moving vehicle.
The Yemeni Houthi rebels claim the attack was carried out in or near the Jizan border region of Saudi Arabia. However, the Saudi government continues to deny any fighting is occurring in the Jizan region, saying the reports are "fabrications," and that the footage was likely filmed further southwest around Marib, Yemen.
The ATGM was designed to penetrate and cripple heavily armored vehicles like tanks, but wasn't intended for killing occupants of soft-skinned light vehicles, which explains the lack of casualties. The cost of the missile is probably four times the amount of the truck it just destroyed, but since the Houthis are getting their weapons free-of-charge from Iran, it matters not to the operators.
