Russian's Rocket Grenade Fails to be Propelled

Video released by Russian troops captures a rocket malfunction that may be a euphemism for the entire Russian invasion of Ukraine so far. Generally speaking, the weapon system is called an RPG, which stands for Rocket Propelled Grenade, but in the case of this specific launch all the Soldier got was the Rocket and Grenade portion of the deal.
