Russians Hit Static Ukrainian BMP With Indirect Fire

Drone video published by Russian sources shows a Ukrainian BMP-1 repeatedly being hit by indirect fire from Russian artillery systems. This footage was recorded near Avdiivka in the Donetsk region.

According to our sources on the ground in Ukraine and our open source intelligence gathering, Russian troops have been steadily pouring into the Donetsk region over the past few weeks. It is the firm belief of our sources who have been running combat operations throughout Ukraine since the start of the war that Avdiivka will likely become a new point of friction for both Ukrainian and Russian forces in the coming months of the war.

Fortunately for Ukrainian forces, the Russians have been having supply chain issues in that region. As a result, they are low on indirect fire weapon system ammunition, and have reportedly been forced to use drones and tanks for indirect fire support which is not an exact science as of yet.

Unfortunately for this BMP however, the indirect fire in the region seemed to be sufficient to suppress and possibly even destroy this Ukrainian BMP-1. This video was allegedly recorded near Avdiivka in the last few days. From the video alone, we are unable to confirm any Ukrainian casualties. This may have been an abandoned and disabled vehicle.
