Cell phone footage released by Russian sources captures the moment a group of Russians in a dune buggy approach a second group of Russians who were emplacing landmines. The first Russian in the group emplacing landmines tries to get out into the road to stop the dune buggy, but the driver is either not paying attention or is in a deadly serious hurry to get wherever he's going.
