Russian UMPB D-30 Glide Bomb Strike on Civilians in Kharkiv

CCTV footage recorded today in Kharkiv shows a Russian UMPB D-30 Glide Bomb being utilized to strike what appears to be non-military targets inside of Kharkiv. According to the reports, 12 were injured in the attack along with a lot of serious damage to infrastructure in the region.
