Russian TOR Experiences Catastrophic Failure

Cell phone video recorded by a Russian Soldier support anti-aircraft operations shows the catastrophic failure of a TOR missile system. It's unclear exactly what caused the weapon system to malfunction in such an extreme manner, but this failure was about 10 feet away from being the absolute worst case scenario for this type of failure.
