Russian Tank Allegedly Slams Building Full of Ukrainians

Russian Ministry of Defense video allegedly shows a building full of Ukrainian Soldiers being shelled by a Russian Main Battle Tank.

Alright guys, going to be real with you on this one. I'm not seeing any evidence that this footage is what the Russian Forces are saying it is. According to them, this is footage of a Russian tank absolutely blasting the hell out of a building occupied by Ukrainian forces located in Novgorodskoye. Maybe I'm watching on too small of a monitor, but I personally don't see any movement in the video other than the shell hitting the building itself.

Just because I'm not seeing movement in the building, doesn't mean it's not occupied, but if they had cameras trained on the building and released the footage like it was some kind of massive victory, you'd expect a little bit more evidence of occupation. Then again, like I said, maybe the 27 inch monitor I watched this on is simply too small to see the movement.
