Witness footage from the afternoon of Feb. 25, 2022 shows Russian artillery, likely rockets, raining down in a civilian residential area of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city. Snapchat map videos confirmed weather and similar explosions, giving this video additional credibility.
Ukrainian troops were able to fight off the Russians' first assault on the city, and destroyed Russian combat vehicles litter the edge of town. Russian forces are likely regrouping and preparing another assault on the city, using the artillery to buy time and cover.
