Russian Records Extremely Close Storm Shadow Impact

Crazy footage recorded by a Russian soldier shows a Ukrainian Storm Shadow or Scalp cruise missile fly into the frame and destroy a building within a few hundred meters of the cameraman. It's unclear where and when this incident occurred.
