A Russian reporter is seen walking down a street in Ukraine when an "artillery" round explodes directly in front of him. The response is so canned that it's actually kind of funny.
At this point, the misinformation campaign has gotten so bad that I think the Russian's are actually throwing us all through a loop. I've seen hundreds and hundreds of legitimate artillery strikes caught on camera, and I've been on both ends of them in actual combat as well. This video right here may be one of the funniest pieces of "combat footage" I've ever seen.
There's absolutely no way this is real. Anyone who's walked down an IED lane at 29 Palms has seen more realistic looking explosions than the one we see here. Most likely, what we're looking at is an extremely low-grade explosive set on top of the dirt. Whoever rigged the device also didn't do a great job either, because you can actually hear the splatter, which is an indicator of there being too much air trapped in the explosives.
If I had to rate this somewhere between "The Turkish Coup" and "Bollywood Action Film," I'd rate it at a "Who Killed Captain Alex: Uganda's First Action Moovy."
