Russian Minesweeper Hit By Maritime Drone

First-person-perspective from a weaponized Ukrainian maritime drone shows an Oct. 29, 2022 attack against a Russian minesweeper vessel in the Black Sea in the vicinity of Sevastopol.

Russian officials claimed the Black Sea Fleet's "Ivan Golubets" minesweeper only received minor damage in the attack. Additionally, the Russians claimed British special operations units were responsible.

Some reports are suggesting that as many as nine maritime drones and other devices were used during the complex attack. Russia claimed that the Black Sea fleet successfully repelled the attack, however at least two Russian naval vessels were damaged. This is still developing story.
