Russian Mi-28N Attack Helicopter Targets Alleged Ukrainian Vehicles

Footage that looks like it was recorded by a GoPro taped to the side of a Russian Mi-28N shows the gunship allegedly targeting Ukrainian Vehicles.

What you're looking at here is a slice of alleged combat footage from the Russian Perspective. There's one thing that's super suspect, and that's that we at no point actually see the target. While this particular gunship does have a suite of optics that allow the pilot and gunner to see targets more effectively than this GoPro they've taped to the side of their airframe, all video clips where the camera would be able to see the results of the gun runs appear to have been entirely removed. To me this is a red flag.

This is very much the same story the Russians have been showing the rest of the world over the past few weeks. Not only is the footage heavily sanitized, it appears to have been run through an incredibly conservative public affairs officer who refuses to show any sort of kinetic effects on-target. As a result, this footage is very difficult to believe given the Russians tendency to manipulate information.

That said, this could be footage of a Russian Mi-28N Attack Helicopter annihilating Ukrainian vehicles, or it could be video of a Russian Mi-28N Attack Helicopter creating some craters in the trees. It's not up to me which perspective you want to believe.
