Russian Infantry Overruns Ukrainian Position In Zaporizhzhia

Drone footage shows a successful Russian infantry assault against a Ukrainian trench fighting position in Zaporizhzhia. The Russian troops can be seen firing small arms and throwing hand grenades to flush out the Ukrainian troops.
Russian launched a new offensive in Zaporizhzhia. Although fighting has been ongoing in the region for weeks, the hours-old offensive has seen incessant Russian artillery barrages throughout the night on at least 20 urban areas in the region. Russia claims to have taken strategic ground in recent hours. Based on the footage, the Ukrainians were not expecting an offensive as Russian troops were essentially walking up to undermanned fighting positions and not being targeted by artillery.
