Reconnaissance drone footage of a recent strike on a Ukrainian positions shows the impact of an FPV drone that allegedly killed a Ukrainian Soldier. The accuracy of the report is unclear however as the Russians once again cut away before the smoke could clear, making it impossible to confirm anything with an accurate battle damage assessment.
I've gone over this in the past, but it's always worth repeating. Whenever the Russians score a confirmed destruction or kill, they always leave the drone footage overhead showing the results of the attack. This is done from a military perspective to conduct a proper battle damage assessment, and from a propaganda perspective to show an effective impact that will work to degrade Ukrainian morale.
When that battle damage assessment doesn't meet the requirements for being a propaganda win however, that footage is almost always cut short before the real results of the impact can be seen. What that means, in my mind at least, is that this attack likely did not do much more than wound the Ukrainian seen in the first portion of the video.
