Footage recorded by a Russian infantryman shows a relatively close scattering burst of hostile cluster munitions as they rip through his trench network.
Obviously, had the munitions landed directly on his position, he would have been in serious trouble, as they are devastating against infantry in the open. Yet, at the same time you can see how comparatively underpowered the cluster rounds are compared to a conventional point detonating shell. It's almost as if the "war crime" uproar over providing the munitions was completely overstated misinformation...
