Russian Commander Forces Soldiers To Fight At Gun Point

A Ukrainian observation drone records a Russian frontline leader violently motivating his subordinate into going on an assault operation. First, the commander lets off a burst of rifle fire right next to the malingerer's head and then kicks him in the mid section while another soldier barks in his ear.
The technique is effective as the soldier regains his feet and heads out to meet his fate on the Ukrainian battlefield.
