Russian Civilian Has Close Encounter With Explosive Device

Cell phone footage published to Telegram and recorded by a Russian civilian captures the moment an explosion in Belgorod nearly kills the cameraman. For his part, the cameraman appears to be working on something when he went to investigate the loud explosions happening outside of his window. Just as he got to the window, one of the devices detonated close enough to shatter the window and send glass directly at him.
