Russian Attempts to Bat Drone Out of the Sky - Doesn't Work

Footage showing what is likely the last few moments of a Russian Soldier's life captures an attempt to use a large stick as an anti-drone device. This thought process, which we have seen a number of times throughout the Russo-Ukraine war, proves once again to be an entirely ineffective counter-measure.

The problem with FPV drones is that they explode. Even if the Russian were to effectively knock the drone out of the sky using his stick, he is still inside of the weapon systems effective casualty range.
