Drone footage released by a Russian source shows a group of Ukrainians loading up on a small boat. The unit takes off down the river, and just a few short seconds later is hit by a Russian artillery round while moving at a fairly high rate of speed.
Generally speaking, you don't see conventional dumb artillery making attacks like this. That leads me to believe that this is a Russian guided Krasnapol round being utilized to hit the target. Even with laser guidance however, this is an insanely accurate shot. The guy who made it either got insanely lucky, or he's one of the best spotters in the entire Russian military.
