Footage shows Russian troops attempting and failing at a mounted assault under the cover of darkness in the vicinity of Chasiv Yar on May22, 2024.

A tank outfitted with a mine trawler clears a path for two BMP infantry fighting vehicles loaded with assault troops. The tank as well as the light armored vehicles are knocked out and drones move in to target the fleeing Russian troops. It's not clear if Russian troops are now using night vision or if they were operating the vehicles with the aid of moonlight.
