The police are conducting a demonstration of some sorts and decide it is a wise course of action to have patrol cars drive on two wheels and pass over an officer doing planks on the ground. What could go wrong. In this case, a car landed on an officer and dragged him. The sources states that no Russian cops were killed in this incident. That will happen when they are inevitably sent to Ukraine.
