This quick clip shows an RSF fighter firing an Anti-Tank Guided Missile (ATGM) at Sudanese military forces. However, It’s likely that he has done as much damage to his own hearing as the enemy, having shoulder-fired it while indoors.
While perhaps not as egregious as this example, this video helps establish a pattern that indicates that for some reason, RSF likes to fire ATGMs inside, hearing loss be damned. The weapon used here is reportedly an Iranian copy of the M47 Dragon. The M47 Dragon is a wire-guided anti-tank missile that was phased out of the US military in favor of the vaunted Javelin system. That said, as an Iranian copy, it’s somewhat surprising that Israel didn’t swat it down on principle.
